Remote role, however, candidate must reside in South Carolina. This role is in partnership with SC Works which requires candidates to be 18-24 years old. Position Overview: 

As a Junior Recruiter at Qwerkz, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate who is passionate about HR and recruitment, and eager to kickstart their career in this exciting field.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                   

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates. 

Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for client positions. 

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both parties. 

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. 

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to assist in candidate negotiations. 

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and deliver outstanding recruitment services. 

Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates  

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal and ethical standards, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations. 

Bonus Eligibility: Achieve set recruitment targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses. 

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                       

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Recent college graduate with a strong desire to pursue a career in recruitment. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 

Detail-oriented with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment practices is a plus. 

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS software. 

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
