Description
  • Recruiting for Duncan open positions
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations
  • Host and participate in Job Fairs/Hiring Events/Career Fairs both onsite and offsite.
  • Compiles Need to Fill and Source of Hire reports as needed.
  • Responsible for all employee recruitment process. Consult with hiring managers (initial kick off meeting) to gather recruitment requirements, posting ads, screen resumes (salary, skills and behavior) and conduct interviews (involving Manager HR/Team Lead HR in all final round interview for salary positions)
  • Develop internal and external relationships necessary to effectively fill open positions and build future talent pool.
  • Improve and optimize recruitment channels, standard recruiting process and tools
  • Screen resumes and job applications, conduct phone screens, and set up interviews with qualified candidates
  • Advise Managers on interviewing techniques (including standardized questions (including behavioral) for HR and Manager))
  • Maintain database of candidates for future job openings
  • Create and publish job ads on various portals
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking systems
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Assist with Social Media postings for employer branding and job postings
  • Serve as the go between for candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist employees with on boarding process and integration into Rochling (including all pre-hire paperwork is complete, including I9’s, background checks and drug screens)
  • Coordinate travel for interviews and accommodations when relocating new hires
  • Coordinate Internship Program (recruiting and program alignment)
  • Negotiate annual contracts for recruiting platforms, staffing agencies and recruiting firms
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources in a manufacturing setting 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
