Form of workGaN Corporation has an immediate opening for a Junior Proposal Manager to work with the Business Development Team under direct supervision to edit proposals and support other business development efforts.
The Junior Proposal Manager will:
- Work with Senior Proposal Managers to write, assemble, and edit content for proposals and white papers.
- Edit final version of proposals and white papers.
- Support capture and proposal effort as required.
- BA or BS in Technical Writing, English, or related degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and present technical information in clear, concise text
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Business Development processes such as the Shipley Proposal Process
- Experience in Government contracting terms and principals
Special Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation
