UnityTec at New Cumberland is an innovative government contractor dedicated to improving the mission of the US Department of Defense. We are seeking motivated, detailed oriented Junior Level Project Analysts to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: As a Junior Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project management activities within our organization. You will work closely with senior Project Analysts and project managers to ensure the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn about project management practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Nonnegotiable):

• Be a United States Citizen
• Government Secret Level Security Clearance eligible a MUST
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Help create and maintain project documentation, including project charters and work breakdown structures.

2. Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and potential areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project performance and key metrics.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for projects.

3. Communication:

• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Maintain open lines of communication with project team members and stakeholders.

4. Documentation and Organization:

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Organize and file project-related documents for easy retrieval.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project records.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resources required for project success.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
