As a Junior Product Manager, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative digital products for our customers across the country. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of engaging media solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and align with business objectives.
Reporting to Senior Emerging Product Manager, this role will be conducting product research including design, market trends, user needs and business viability in addition to product roll out and project management functions. This is a fully remote, full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Research
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, user feedback and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including content creators, developers, designers and marketing teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Based on research findings, assist in build, buy or lease decisions.
- Roadmap Planning
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps ensuring all work being done is tied to overall company strategy.
- Product Development
- Assist in the conceptualization, design and development of new digital media products using the product research completed for each project.
- Assist in collaboration with design and development teams to create product requirements for development to execute.
- Performance Monitoring
- Assist in identifying trackable KPIs for alpha and beta tests
- Utilize analytic tools to track on going product performance, analyze user engagement and derive insights to guide product improvements.
- Project Coordination and Roll out
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, facilitating communication and monitoring timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate and manage product roll outs, launch calls and communication across our 74 markets domains ensuring all stakeholders have the information they need for the product to be successful.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably within the media, entertainment or technology industry
- Advanced critical thinking skills including:
- Innovative thinking and problem solving skills to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to product development
- Ability to identify stage in lifecycle, product positioning in the market and competitive advantages
- Ability to communicate financial impact of product changes and develop business models
- Ability to look at a situation from multiple view points
- Understanding of product engagement data

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to present work to larger stakeholder groups
- Ability to take and prioritize user feedback
- A basic technical understanding of software development processes, UI/UX principles and digital media technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Track record of working effectively with remote teams and independently.
- A desire to learn more about product management and develop the skills needed to succeed in this business function.
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000
