Junior Procurement Specialist

We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team - Junior Procurement Specialist! This position is responsible for tracking products, assisting with the procurement process, and supporting product shipping and distribution.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

• Completing sales order/purchase requisition entries
• Acting as a liaison between PMs and Contracts Specialists
• Creating procurement reports
• Expediting open orders
• Researching discrepancies between internal reports and investigating issues
• Creating Microsoft Excel files
• Performs all other duties as assigned

To qualify for this position, you must possess a HS diploma or equivalent and 1 to 2 years of procurement, administrative, warehouse, or logistics experience.

Additional qualifications include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Deltek CostPoint experience preferred
