Job Summary
As a Junior Process Engineer, you will work closely with the experienced Process Engineers to help the production team with technical knowledge and develop production process that will fulfill quality management requirements and conformance of regulations. You will be involved in the process development, verification, validation, testing and troubleshooting of our medical imaging products while also working closely with quality management team and operation management team to support our supply chain.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining production process plan and continuously optimize it to achieve given operational KPIs: quality, cost, and efficiency
- Problem solving / trouble shooting of our medical imaging devices with latest technologies in both production and customer support
- Responsible for training production staff with theories and techniques and following up the growth of the production team.
- Align with headquarter Process Engineering team for process maintenance, engineering changes and upgrades.
- Support internal and external audits or inspections, such as ISO, NRTL and FDA audit.
- Ensure the production process complies with the corporate rules and regulations
- Assist with building, modifying, and maintaining the production equipment and facilities.
Minimum Requirements

Education
- Technical college or bachelor’s degree and/or at least 1-2 years experience in an engineering role (2 years in electromechanical engineering is preferred)
Experience
- Medical equipment knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read and understanding engineering / shop drawings preferred
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Must comply with OSHA standards and guidelines
Required Skills or/ Attributes
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Be able to work in magnetic environment (e.g: no implantable metal in body)
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Work well under pressure
- Fast learner and team player
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with internal and external parties
