Our enterprise-level client in Vance, AL, has an immediate need for a Junior Network Engineer (third shift) to work in a manufacturing setting –
Job Notes:
-- 6+ month contract / extendable and likely to go perm with good performance.
-- Onsite in Woodstock, AL, with secondary support to a site in Vance, AL.
-- Drug & Background check required.
-- Hours: 3rd Shift: 10pm - 7am (Sunday night - Friday morning)
Scope of Job:
- What is the role doing?
Deployment and support for ‘all things network’ at the 24/7/365 manufacturing facility.
- What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed?
Minimal technical support; CCNA preferred; 3+ years preferred.
- Are there any professional accreditations required for the role?
A+; Net+; CCT; CCNA preferred.
- What are the 'nice to have' skills/experience? Networking experience and ticketing system
SERVICE NOW
- Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector?
Cisco CLI preferred.
