Pay Rate: Starting $50,000 annually + bonus eligible.

What you will do:
- Responding to and supplying possible solutions for technical questions provided by our Sales, quoting, and purchasing teams as they relate to our many products and the methods used to manufacture them.
- Work with the production team to discover, arrange, and utilize the most efficient processes needed to yield the best results when manufacturing a requested product.
- Review inbound Purchase Orders, BOMs, Work Orders and prints to ensure the following:
- The Item included on the purchase order is correct and can be used to manufacture the product outlined in the print provided.
- The component listed in the BOM is the most efficient and cost-effective selection to manufacture the requested product.
- The traveler/Work order/Routing sequence (steps) represent the most efficient use of the selected component and our production team’s capabilities and time.
- Creating and reviewing product, tooling and fixture prints for the sales, purchasing and production departments.
- Review customer Purchase Orders to ensure the proper certifications have been included and added to the Work Orders (eg, Chemical Certifications, Physical Certifications, etc).
- Assist the Sales engineering quality inspector in problem solving issues discovered during pre-production material inspections.
- Completing engineering change request.
What you will need:
- Prior experience in the Fastener industry is desirable, but not required.
- eagerness to learn about the industry and business is a must.
- Proof of higher learning a plus (associates, bachelor’s etc.)
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret provided prints and industry standards, where applicable.
- Computer savviness or comfort is required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Technical minded a plus
- Mechanically inclined a plus
- Detail oriented necessary.
