About the Job
This role will aid internal marketing and new business efforts within Madden and support the team's Graphic Designer. Daily tasks include developing visual concepts, coordinating images with the content team, and creating visual assets for proposals, social media, and other marketing efforts. On a nitty-gritty level, we are looking for the following:
- Someone to support new business proposal design and QA,
- Help with designing and creating digital marketing materials for social media, marketing emails, and other platforms
- Someone excited to design deck templates for internal and external agency use,
- Involvement in various design projects from concept to completion
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of design experience
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Must be proficient with Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign, XD, After Effects)
- Eager to learn, strong attention to detail, collaborates in a team setting, and handles feedback well
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving
