We are looking for our next Junior Designer to provide high-capacity leverage to our Marketing team. This role will work closely with our Senior Designer to contribute to various design projects across the organization, from conception to execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Senior Designer and Marketing team to conceptualize, design, and implement creative solutions for marketing initiatives, events, product launches, and other departments.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing the visual identity of the Tony Robbins brand across various mediums, including video/motion graphics.
Help maintain an organized file management system, including archiving and labeling assets.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and production standards, while also contributing insights into design principles.
Develop collateral, presentations, web graphics, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
Contribute to the enhancement of social media presence through engaging visual content.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, coordinate with different departments to understand project requirements, gather necessary information and assets for content production, and deliver projects on time.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have a strong portfolio that shows your true talents, and top-notch designs that wow and impress
You must have jaw dropping experience with the Adobe design suite (PhotoShop, XD, Figma, InDesign, etc.) & basic UI concepts
You must have an awesome, low-ego attitude and be truly excited about design
You must stay updated on design trends and have a true heart for collaboration, share ideas, and brainstorms how to take your design to the next level
You must be able to work quickly, on-the-fly, with tight deadlines, multiple projects, and submit world-class quality work.
Ability to work remotely full-time during regular business hours.
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)

This is a full time, W-2 position and full benefits. Starting Compensation begins in the $50-60k range the potential to grow based on merit and performance.
