Junior Counsel

A Mortgage Lender Company is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200+ employees across the United States, we represent our A+++ service in 40+ states.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join its legal department as a Junior Counsel. This is a multi-faceted role and will include preparing for and conducting trials, especially administrative hearings. It will also include supporting the General Counsel in a multitude of internal and external projects the legal department is responsible for. The position requires an individual with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Candidate must be open to learning real estate valuation, appraisals, appraisal techniques and government governing regulations and professional guidance, USPAP, Appraisal Institute publications, etc.
You're Going to
Prepare for and conduct trials, especially administrative hearings
