Job description

Fluke Corporation is looking for a versatile Business Systems Analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud to play a significant role in the software development cycle, collecting requirements and directing the activities of the design team.

This role requires attention to detail, the Systems Analyst needs to examine functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that shape project development and find ways to align projects with enterprise-level systems.

A Systems Analyst (SA) conducts research on existing systems and devises solutions that fit in the ecosystem and are aligned with the digitization strategy! The SA closely partners with business collaborators and directly contacts the users to demonstrate solutions, software capabilities and features. The SA coordinates on a global scale, leads the solution development and ensures overall quality of the system and data.

We are looking for someone to lead teams in the delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions, this means leading the design and implementation and their respective integrations with Oracle ERP (On-Premise and Cloud).

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key team members to analyze needs and solution requirements

  • Create a collaboration framework, lead development, business and IT teams

  • Build and own functional, technical design specifications and data flows

  • Determine project scope

  • Create a solution prototype and solution development control

  • Participate in technology selection, lead external vendors

  • Lead transition and organizational change

  • Work as part of a team within a project management/agile delivery methodology

  • Participate in strategic cloud initiatives and projects

  • Support solution planning including estimation of implementations, upgrades and migrations

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices

  • Support and maintain standards for Oracle solutions and frameworks

  • Management and oversight for delivery of solutions

General Qualifications and Competencies

  • 4+ years of experience in architecture, business analysis, design and development

  • 2+ years practitioner as project lead in agile setting, elements of scope, timeline, quality, risk, communication

  • Bachelor's degree working and thinking ability in Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering or Finance applications field

  • Energetic and self-motivated professional with good interpersonal, planning, communication, documentation and organizational skills

  • Experience working in Oracle EBS implementations (Supply chain modules) preferably Oracle R12 and good understanding of technical elements

  • Experience working with Fusion Cloud modules such as SCM, PLM and RMC as well as CPQ Cloud

  • Understanding of complimentary platform cloud components to Oracle Cloud ERP install base including OACS, OICS, SOACS, DBCS etc – including PaaS for SaaS.

  • Understanding of integration, DevOps CO/CD, app performance, and VBCS (fusion UX extension)

  • IT infrastructure and cloud development

  • Engineering and software architecture design

  • Strong functional knowledge, setups and features

  • Well versed with end-to-end test cycles

  • Technical Literacy – Solution architects possess technical literacy, in order to define how a software solution fits into an organization’s current structure and assist in the development of specifications and requirements

  • Analytical Assessment – Analytic skills to examine a client’s current systems and determine overall project needs and scope

  • Schedule Management – Time management skills to create development schedules and resolve obstacles to ensure that objectives are completed on time

  • Team Leadership – Because solution architects oversee and direct development teams throughout the project development lifecycle, experience with team leadership and motivation is essential

  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for adequate communication with team members, clients, and external vendors

  • Problem-Solving – Solution architects need to be problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $72450 - $134550

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
