Office is currently seeking multiple CAD operators to prepare Renovation and design plans for alteration projects.
individual with engineering and architecture major in study will be consider first.

Office is currently seeking multiple CAD operators to prepare Renovation and design plans for alteration projects.
individual with engineering and architecture major in study will be consider first.
Requirement:
- Individual who is experienced with MS office, Adobe, E-filing with building department.
- Ability to read construction drawings drawing.
- Must be punctual and work well with others.
- Experiences with Department of Building paper work and zoning calculation a plus.
Note: Most of our client are Asian base, ability to converse in either Cantonese/Mandarin will be consider first.
