Upbound Group Inc Summer 2024 Internship candidates will take part in a ten-week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 3 to August 9, 2024.

What We Are Looking For:
- Paid Internship: $20.00 per hour
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior or recent graduate of an accredited four-year college or university.
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Previous work or classroom experience in one of the following is preferred: Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, etc.
- Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Must be able to work M-F; 8 am – 5 pm onsite at Upbound’s Corporate office in Plano.
- Reliable transportation
What You Will Do:
The Jr. Supply Chain Intern will partner with the Supply Chain & Merchandising teams providing direct exposure to a variety of professionals from varying industries and levels of experience.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering with the reporting team to establish key metrics for success and development of reporting
- collaborating with the Supply Chain team to identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicating directly with the stores to create awareness of the enhancements and new processes
- Working with assigned Merchant on assortment selection and maintenance

As an Intern at Upbound, you will be able to directly have a meaningful impact on our business, and learn more about the function first hand from the best. You will have an assigned mentor and manager for the duration of the program.
