SalaryPurpose:
The mission for this role is to follow established best engineering practices, while working with team to deliver business value driven features with high quality, and to continuously improve as a team and individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy web applications and features using the MERN/MEAN stack.
- Build and maintain scalable e-commerce APIs
- Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards, best practices, and associated documentation
- Identify areas of improvement within the team, or systems
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues as part of ongoing maintenance and support.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, CIS, or MIS
- 0-3 years of experience are required, including internships and co-ops
- Strong foundation in web development and familiarity with the MERN/MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Knowledge of event driven concepts and tools, such as Kafka.
- Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
