High Baseball program at Woodland R-IV Schools.Help design training sessions that are dynamic, engaging, and challenging.Work with the Athletic Director, Head Coach, Maintenance Supervisor, and Building Principal to ensure maintenance and safety of facilities.Ensure adequate measures of control are taken for the safety and protection of all players, participants, sponsors, and spectators.Follow all state, local, and MSHSAA guidelines at all times.Assist head coach in scheduling and holding a pre-season parent meeting.Establish a process whereby each student receives an evaluation, which becomes a part of the overall coach evaluation process.Maintain and produce an inventory of Baseball equipment being used and/or available for use. High Assistant Baseball Coach will be considered for employment, at which time the District approves extra-duty assignments, as per the recommendation of the High School Principal.
