Journeyman Plumber

```
Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, thread, and connect pipes
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure efficient and effective plumbing installations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license/certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
- Proficient in blueprint reading and construction plumbing techniques
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Experience with remodeling projects is a plus

Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools for cutting, bending, and threading pipes
- Ability to assemble and connect pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances accurately
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring pipe lengths and calculating angles
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations for proper installations
- Experience in construction plumbing for residential and commercial buildings
- Ability to maintain plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks
