- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations
- Use power tools and equipment to cut, bend, and thread pipes
- Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and welding as needed
- Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, on construction projects
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and field service work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience using power tools for cutting, bending, and threading pipes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing work
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Experience with pipe threading, remodeling projects, and blueprint reading is a plus
