Our Journeyman Lineman needs to meet these minimum requirements:

• Current journeyman card
• 4+ years of lineman experience

These preferred qualifications will help you stand out and give you a leg up over other candidates:

• 4+ years of experience with electricity, power distribution, and substation maintenance
• Experience as a heavy equipment operator
• Experience in an industry like oil, gas, or mining
• Valid Class A CDL
• OSHA 10, MSHA, SafeLand, or CPR certifications
• Ability to work from heights and in all weather conditions

You're responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical substations and power distribution systems as well as overhead and underground power lines. Problem-solving skills are essential as you troubleshoot issues and perform the appropriate fixes. Your main focus is on keeping yourself safe and our customers' lights on!
