We are looking to add to our team of infant care takers for the age group of 6 weeks to 12 months of age. The position we are looking to fill is a full-time Infant Teacher that would Join our team of existing Infant Teachers helping with care taking, curriculum preparation, daily reports, lunch breaks and would also be relied upon to close in the evening. Our infant ratios are very low at Primrose; two teachers for 8 infants in our youngest infant classrooms.
We are fortunate to be well staffed as we enter the Winter season. Our team includes 3 full-time mangers and two on-site owners to support our team. One very big advantage to working at a Primrose School is that the curriculum for each age group is already professionally written and includes all of the supplies needed. We offer top notch training and do not believe in having newly hired teachers begin in the classroom on day one. Daily Responsibilities:
- Implementing prepared lesson plans.
- Meeting the individual's needs of the children
- Parent communication.
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
- Building teamwork.
- Using assessment tools to guide individual instruction and adapt to children's individual needs.
- Committing to continuing education.
- Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Primrose's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards.

- Paid Holidays are offered in addition to Paid Time Off (PTO) - A total of 7 holidays are paid to full-time employees per calendar year.
- In total, our PTO and Paid Holidays package gives employees the opportunity to have up to an extra 17 days off, PAID in full!!
