The goal of this position is for you to be trained to lead a team. You will be rebuilding Block and Stone walls - MASONRY AND SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IS KEY IN THS ROLE. You will also installing our basement waterproofing systems, sump pump systems, crawlspace waterproofing systems, and foundation repair solutions. You will be using a variety of tools to accomplish this and safety is a priority. Priority will be given to candidates with leadership, plumbing and concrete experience.
Starting pay is based on experience and will range from 18-24$ depending on your skill set. Those who demonstrate needed skills, work ethic, and job performance will be compensated for those skills.
