Job Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Job Developer to join our team. As a Job Developer, you will be responsible for workforce development, mentoring, and working with individuals who have disabilities. Your role will involve supporting individuals through coordination and connections to employment.

Duties:
- Work closely with individuals who have disabilities to provide support and guidance
- Contact businesses and schedule interviews
- Provide mentoring and coaching to individuals to promote personal growth and development
- Collaborate with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities and County Boards of DD
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the most effective support

Skills:
- Strong background in workforce development and mentoring
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices
- Ability to effectively prepare individuals for interviews

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
