Personal Assistant/Exercise Assistant Responsibilities:
As a Job Coach and Video and Audio Assistant, you will be helping a client needing assistance in performing a job. As a Job Coach you will assist the client in an office setting to perform an employee's office duties, or at their home to work on their projects.
The Job Coach will be participating in the client’s assessment and evaluation along with plan development and implementation of the program. You will be required to track and input the client’s progress of goals through a web-based system.
Knowledge of work environments, computer systems, audio and visual computer abilities are essential.
Requirements of All Applicants:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Valid California driver’s license
- Proof of car Insurance and Current Registration
- Covid vaccination status: fully vaccinated
- Good English skills, bilingual individuals are also needed
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills and own a smartphone
- Willing to work with client in person and dedicated to help individuals with disability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
