Role and Responsibilities:

Our Sales Consultant role is to provide a genuine and memorable experience for every client with an in-depth knowledge of our product lines and collections. This role requires individuals to be driven to provide excellent client services, while also achieving goals within the sales team.

· Cultural fit

· Passion for retail sales and love of jewelry

· Client Relationship Management

· Product knowledge

· Showroom management

Experience and Attributes:

· 1-3+ years of sales experience (jewelry experience a plus)

· Strong work ethic and team-oriented

· A dedicated self-starter looking to build a career in jewelry.

All of our new hires begin on a 60-day plan. During this time, the employee will become acclimated to our practices and procedures and will be evaluated on performance. At the conclusion of 60 days, assuming the employee is a good fit, the employee will be fully onboarded and receive health insurance benefits.
