Jewelry Production Assistant

PART TIME or CLOSE TO FULL TIME (just under 40 hrs) at the EFYTAL Jewelry studio!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our team at EFYTAL Jewelry is super friendly, supportive and welcoming. We are growing and would love to bring YOU on board to join us. No prior experience needed for this role, WE WILL TRAIN YOU! An eagerness to learn and grow is a must, along with a positive attitude and great energy! We pride ourselves on providing our customers with exactly what they ordered- it's imperative that the individual we hire joins us in this mission. We are a low key, nitty-gritty jewelry studio. We are focused, yet relaxed and we take care of every aspect of our studio ourselves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

*Process outgoing orders accurately

*Quality control checks of components and finished goods

*Executing repetitive packaging tasks correctly and efficiently

*Report inventory to team leader

*The ability to lift 30 lbs when a bulk order is being fulfilled from time to time

*Light jewelry assembly

*Able to commit 20-35 hours per week. Studio is open between the hours of: 9am-4pm, M-F and an occasional Saturday from 9am-12pm (during our busy seasons: Mother's day and Christmas).

*Willingness to work light extra hours during our two busy holiday seasons (when necessary) is a plus

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

*Motivated, self-sufficient worker with both team projects and individual tasks

*Extremely detail-oriented (this is a MUST!)

*Is reliable and responsible

*Positive attitude, able to roll with the punches

*Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality of work

*Able to perform repetitive tasks

*Has excellent dexterity / able to work with small packaging materials & jewelry components
