Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a concrete sales plan on how to move inventory and sell product
- Identify prospects and pitch to them
- Prepare sales agreements
- Increase our in-person and digital presence
- Pitch product through emails, in-person meetings, phone calls, etc. to retail stores
- Attend trunk shows/events to represent the brand and sell product
- Pitch nonprofits and other organizations to host trunk shows to raise awareness and fundraise for their causes
- Meet agreed upon sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Qualifications:
- Retail, product placement, and sales experience
- Customer service driven
- Excellent sales, interpersonal, pitching, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated sales product placement success
This role requires the individual to live within the New York City metropolitan area. The company operates from a home office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This is largely a remote position but the individual must be able to reliably commute to the Upper East Side and areas of Manhattan for frequent meetings/ appointments.
This is a part-time 1099 (Contractor) position for immediate hire. Additional compensation will be based on successful results (using an agreed upon commissioned structure) with a guarantee of $600 monthly retainer plus expenses.
