Job Description
Our Jeffersonville client provides efficient, custom-engineered solutions for pollution control, process optimization, ventilation, dust collection, product recovery, and related applications. They are seeking experienced, highly skilled welders to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Weld metal components together with various gas-shielded welding equipment to fabricate or repair products manufactured by HEC.
- Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, and building and bridge parts by performing the following duties.
- Weld metal parts using MIG and TIG welding and any combination of arc welding processes, including 3Mig/Fluxcore combo.
- Read and interpret blueprints or product specifications to determine sequences and methods of fabricating and assembling.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Flux-core welding of various metals, including aluminum, stainless and carbon steel, and alloys
- Experience polishing stainless steel and utilizing oxygen-acetylene or handheld plasma for cutting and grinding
- Experience with ESAB plasma cutting table
