Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.
AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly skilled Master JEE Developer. The Master JEE Developer is responsible for providing key support to our government client in areas of strategic planning, program and project management, organizational logistics and design, process improvement, workforce planning and analysis and organizational change management.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree and 10+ years’ relevant experience as a Software Developer
Sun Certified Programmer for the Java platform
Required Skills:
Junit, Jest, SQL, SoapUI, Postman, Angular, Spring, Java
Required Qualifications:
- Agile and test-driven methods such as Scrum.
- Designing, developing and deploying robust J2EE[tm] compliant enterprise web application and shared services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
- Software engineering approach, based on object-oriented methodology, design patterns, and layered application architecture.
- J2EE performance issues and performance testing.
- Web application vulnerabilities and remediations.
- Automated builds and testing (JUnit, Maven, Hudson, etc).
- Graphical User Interface (GUI) development and accessibility (Section 508) standards and techniques.
- Database products including SQL Server, DB2, and IDMS and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- IDMS ADS/ADSO, IDMS Utilities, and IDMS DC online features.
- Eclipse and JBoss.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Moderate Public Trust Clearance level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior US Federal Government experience
- Demonstrate experience to deliver technology solutions in a fast-paced in a deadline-driven enterprise environment
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
Job duties:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance cloud-based applications using JEE technologies, including Spring Framework, React, Hibernate, and Apache Struts.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure that applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers to ensure that code quality and standards are maintained.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test cases to ensure the quality of the application code.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud-based applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud-based applications, including performance, scalability, and security issues.
- Continuously research and evaluate new JEE and cloud technologies to optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
