Full Stack Java developer
Job Summary
B&A is looking a talented and experienced Senior Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in developing and maintaining software applications.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop specifications, and implement software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation and design specifications.
  • Ensure that software applications are properly tested and meet quality standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in software development.
  • Lead development projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on developing complex software applications.
Required Skills
  • Strong Java experience.
  • Experience with Angular.
  • Strong experience with OpenShift.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with software development frameworks and tools such as Spring, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with software development practices such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with databases and data modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead development projects and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with the following Microservices:
    • Srpingboot
    • Zuul Proxy
    • PDFJS
    • Esign Live
    • Alfresco Activiti BPM
Security Clearance
  • Eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
