SUMMARY:

The Routing Logic and Queue Manager will provide support to operations management for the routing RX work and Queue standardization in the USA, CAN, and MEX HOYA lab network.  This individual will partner closely with multiple departments including but not limited to Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Product Management, and IT departments.

 

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing and improving existing Routing Logic.
  • Create new logic based on product updates and or updated lab processes.
  • Run/verify routing audits for USA, CAN and Mex HOYA lab network to confirm proper logic.
  • Review and update existing Combobulator queues to standardize network for USA, Canada and MEX.
  • Help push out new DVI queue initiatives with documentation.
  • Communicate with multiple laboratories to aid in coverage planning.
  • Recognize trends in data and notify team and management.
  • Communicate effectively to both internal and external customers through written correspondence, email, and phone.
  • Special assignments or projects as assigned by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma required, college degree helpful (A.A, + degree or equivalent).
  • DVI experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three to five years' work in an Optical Lab environment.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical, proactive problem-solving skills:  techniques to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Accountability:  Ability to accept responsibility and be accountable for actions and conduct.
