Janitor Part Time

5:30p-9:30p

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing, is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
