Janitor & Floor Tech

Pay: $2500 Monthly ($1250 paid every 6th and 21st of the month.)

Job Hours: Employee or contractor will provide 4 - 5 auto scrub at retail locations which can be done in about 1 hour each location. Most like work will be done Monday thru Saturday from 4p.m. to 12 p.m.

Service Description: Employee / vendor has to be provide porter service to retail location parking lots as well as provide floor auto scrub. Employee / vendor must be able to commute to several areas.

Retail Location Auto scrub: Dust mop all floor areas, vacuum entry mat, scrape gum and stickers off the floors, sweep and mop restrooms, Run an auto scrubber throughout sale floors, mop office, back room hallways and immunization rooms.

Coverage Cities: West Palm Beach, Belle Glade, Jupiter, Port St Lucie, Jensen beach, stuart, Fort Pierce.

Employee / Vendor must have a smart phone, speak English, valid driver’s license with a clean record.

In case a store is missed employee / vendor will have the opportunity to get it done on Sunday to avoid payment penalties.

We supply all the work supplies, including the car and gas.

Experience:

• Floor care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
