JOB SUMMARY:The Floor Tech / Porter will be responsible for maintaining the ALF facility and resident areas in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all employees, residents, and guests. Accountable for making sure the floors are kept clean and polished. Some of the duties are, but not limited to cleaning, mopping, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.

Requirements

• Have three months or more of experience in commercial floor care.
• Knowledgeable of cleaning products, equipment, and materials.
• Able to stand, lift, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
