SalaryDuties:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean and polish mirrors, glass surfaces, and fixtures
- Restock janitorial supplies as needed
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties
Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in janitorial work
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers and floor scrubbers
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and address any maintenance concerns
