Janitor needed $17 an hour

Position Overview: The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Company Overview: KrisDee and Associates Inc. was founded in 1982 and is located in South Elgin, IL. KrisDee is a contract manufacturer of complex, precision machined components and assemblies made from castings, forgings, extrusions and plate. We are a strategic supplier to a wide variety of industries. Position Responsibilities Clean bathrooms daily and restock with paper products and soap.Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.Dust and polish desks, cabinets, furniture, picture frames.Clean and sanitize the kitchen and lunchroom.Collect and remove all garbage from the facility.Clean and sanitize all high touch items (light switches, door pulls, push plates) Position Requirements 18 years or older Ability to work in a self-directed manner Preferred Education and Experience 2+ years’ experience independently cleaning a large busy office Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to cleaning products. Most of this position will be in an office environment which is quiet, however, to move from office to office and to collect garbage this position will be exposed to noise on the shop floor can be loud. Occasional exposure to the outdoors and associated weather.
