Job Title: Jack Runner

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Available shift:

Second Shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday

Position Overview: As a Jack Runner, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, utilizing your expertise in operating Electric Pallet Jacks to load and unload trucks and containers efficiently. This role demands precision, physical agility, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Operate Electric Pallet Jacks with a minimum of one year of practical experience to load and unload trucks and containers effectively.

Verify and count freight accurately while ensuring its integrity; conduct inventory checks as needed.

Direct products to their designated areas within the warehouse and uphold cleanliness standards by clearing debris and sweeping work areas.

Read and interpret numbers and labels accurately, lifting weights of 30-60 lbs. frequently in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibit flexibility in movement and navigation throughout the warehouse to fulfill responsibilities.

Comfortably work in a cold environment, maintaining operations at temperatures as low as 32°F.

Demonstrate availability for overtime work based on operational requirements.

Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of hands-on experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks.

Proficiency in loading and unloading trucks and containers while maintaining precision and safety.

Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting weights of 30-60 lbs. frequently.

Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Comfortable working in a cold environment, specifically at 32°F.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in operating Electric Pallet Jacks.

Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
