· Translate SOX Compliance requirements and controls into high level implementation roadmap

· Audit existing internal controls in the proposed solutions and propose remediation

· JSOX (Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Law) and SOX experience

· Support in internal audit function, audit planning, audit policies and best practice template

· SOX internal controls framework

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• J-SOX: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cybersecurity: 1 year (Preferred)
• SOX: 1 year (Preferred)
• Internal audits: 1 year (Preferred)
