" Utilize your iCertis CLM certification to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs.
" Implement and maintain workflows, templates, and rules within the iCertis CLM platform.
System Integration:
" Ensure seamless integration between iCertis CLM and other relevant business systems, such as CRM or ERP, to streamline contract-related processes.
" Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test integrations.
User Training and Support:
" Conduct training sessions for end-users on iCertis CLM functionalities and best practices.
" Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues.
Data Management:
" Oversee data migration efforts and ensure data integrity within the iCertis CLM system.
" Implement and maintain data governance practices to guarantee the accuracy of contract-related information.
Reporting and Analytics:
" Develop and generate reports and analytics within iCertis CLM to provide insights into contract performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
" Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
" Stay informed about iCertis CLM updates, features, and industry best practices.
" Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the iCertis CLM system.
Compliance Management:
" Ensure that the iCertis CLM system aligns with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
" iCertis CLM Certification is mandatory.
" Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
" Proven experience as a CLM System Analyst, with specific expertise in iCertis CLM.
" Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices.
" Experience in configuring and customizing iCertis CLM to meet organizational requirements.
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
