Overview:
Join our innovative team as a Principal Software Engineer to shape the future of our AI Assistant. You will be instrumental in developing core features that enhance our AI technology’s capabilities and user experience.

What you’ll do at UiPath:

• Develop and maintain core features of the AI Assistant.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to refine requirements and implement user-centric solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in AI technology.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Expertise in software development with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI development.
• Experience with software development best practices, including testing and continuous integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in software development, focusing on AI and machine learning.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex software systems.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $187,500 and $281,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
