This position will report to the ITSO Procurement Solutions Manager within the IT Asset Management department at SHI HQ in Somerset, NJ.

- Collaborate with customer procurement and/or Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) contacts, as well as SHI sales team regarding customers renewal lists, internal/external processes, and reporting requirements
- Reduce risk of exposure associated with software publisher EULAs by preparing EULA letter amendments based on customer terms provided to obtain vendor agreement and signature
- Ensure the EULA Risk Mitigation process is completed in accordance to the outline of the customer’s Statement of Work (SOW)Maintain database of EULAs previously reviewed under program
- Deliver SHIs Maintenance Renewal Optimization program by coordinating with customer procurement teams, IT Asset Management teams and End User Contacts to assess customer maintenance renewals and optimize the customers spend
- Maintain customer reports related to their renewals and spend optimization
- Tracking upcoming existing customer renewals, projected renewals and forecasted cost savings Maintaining individual, customer-specific, cost savings trackers as well as team-wide, customer-specific, cost savings report
- Proactively reach out to the company’s IT Spend Optimization customers at a minimum of 90 days in advance of renewal date to evaluate the customers’ renewal needs
- Adhere to any customer-specific SLA
- Support other lines of ITSO business as needed to promote organized licensing and purchasing environments for customers
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year experience in a customer service position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, with adherence to customer SLAs Excellent time-management skills

- Must complete training provided as required my management within a 6 month timeframe of commencing this position
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $33,000 - $45,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
