Are you someone with the following:

Undergraduate degree or training equivalent accompanied by 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Good understanding of the energy trading business and constraints

Organization and planning abilities, ability to identify deadlines, and follow documented processes and procedures

Strong communication skills, adaptability, flexibility in working schedule and working within a team

Ability to effectively work under pressure

Strong technical knowledge of Information Technology in the Microsoft desktop and client/server environments (Windows 10 Workstation, Active Directory User Management console, WSUS, Office 365 and other common desktop technologies (Management Tools, Virus Protection, hardware diagnostics, etc)

Activités
Your missions as User Support Coordinator include:

IT Support and delivery


Carry out 24/7/365 User support for all operational Trading IT systems- Part of the 24/7/365 team rotation;

Manage support requests from users for company provided hardware and software;


Manage user incidents and issues through ticket tracking and user communication;

Provide user training on company provided hardware and software, as well as video conferencing solutions;
Resolve user incident/problems or escalate and troubleshoot with appropriate escalation teams;

Investigate local IT security incidents as directed by the IT security team;

Perform Installation, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACS) of equipment and cabling at user desks and in the IDFs;

To apply and control management of users and permission allocation for data and applications in the IT environment following internal procedures;

Ensure completion of daily checks and day to day tasks;

Create Requests for purchases and enter invoices into the system for payment.

User & technical environments


Take part in the implementation, maintenance, support and development of the client environment (laptops, workstations, dealer boards, phones and mobile phones and all other user devices) as a whole to meet the business requirements in coordination with Trading IT standards and in accordance with the Company (TotalEnergies American Services) policies and ensure existence of appropriate work procedures;

Gather information to better the user experience, from your experiences and user requests to inform the appropriate Engineering team;

Communicate environment changes to users and ensure users adhere to changes.

Sites: Total Plaza in Houston, Mexico Office, Calgary Office and the Disaster Recovery sites in Dallas and Lewisville

PURPOSES:

To respond and manage all User Support calls on 24/7/365 basis in order for the business to operate in a reliable and controlled IT environment, taking into account its specific constraints
Ensure a good usage of the IT Support/delivery tools to ensure the availability of qualitative data

Provide the User Support Manager with indicators and measures on the overall user environment
