NTT DATA currently seeks a Sales Development Executive to partner with strategic account managers and grow business.
The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking will have IT sales or other comparable experience, and strong relationships. Additionally, understanding of Information Technology and services in the infrastructure, applications, or business process domains is a plus. The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and close new business for the company. You will join a select group of colleagues in an intensive virtual training program to learn the NTT DATA Services way to sell.
Position Summary:
- Ability to develop a pipeline of new business contacts, opportunities and conduct regular progress reviews with immediate leadership
- Requires agility to interface and influence customer stakeholders at the Director level and above
- Guided by brand and NTT DATA overall sales strategies
- Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience selling to Financial Services and/or Banking industry a plus
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in technical and/or professional services sales
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years professional experience
