PS is a private luxury terminal serving commercial flights at LAX and ATL, opening DFW in 2024 and MIA in 2025. Far removed from the chaos of the surrounding airport and just steps away from the airfield, we offer the ease, privacy, and security of the private flight experience for commercial travel.
With unprecedented access, PS has the only private partnership with both TSA and Customs and Border Protection, our guests move seamlessly through arrivals and departures. A team of expert Agents works behind the scenes to choreograph every step of the pre- or post-flight experience. Sail through our private, line-free TSA screening, access dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival and relax as our trained drivers escort you across the airfield directly to/from your aircraft. All without stepping inside ATL. Guests also enjoy private suites, chef-prepared food, spa services and more, all while our Control Room coordinates with government, security, and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy.

The IT Technician will collaborate with the department on a regular basis and assist in identifying the best tools to improve our tech functions. The ideal candidate is great at problem-solving, up to date on top technology systems and can quickly tend to employee needs with great customer service.
This position will report directly to the Director of IT.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to individual department needs.
- Set up workstations/laptops and necessary secondary devices (monitors, mobile apps, printers etc.)
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Check and perform maintenance to computer hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain local server room and IT workplace.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Enforcing and understanding established IT policies.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, software and, hardware maintenance etc.)
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting others from completing their work.
- Updating and documenting tickets as they are resolved. Provide great customer service and follow-up.
- Minimum 2+ years of IT Support required
- Strong comprehension of networking concepts as routing, DNS, DHCP, IP4
- Top class diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of PC based systems and Apple Devices
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening + background check
- Collection of SSN as part of the background check process will be required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation range $31.25 - $33.65/hour (depending on experience). Overtime opportunities available. This is a full-time, non-exempt role.
