IT Technical Recruiter

Remote (Tampa Based)

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical positions, including software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top talent for technical positions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
