We are looking for

Your Role:

● Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Active Directory.

● Strong project management experience leading special projects with corporate-wide impact

● Contribute in maintaining a comprehensive and thorough documentation repository for all IT processes and procedures

● Interact effectively to build relationships with team members within IT and other Business leaders

● Candidates must have a high sense of ownership, a can-do attitude and a sense of curiosity that is reflected in growing his\her skills on a continual basis.

Your Background:

● 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 3 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA)

● Advanced experience with Microsoft Active Directory, domain migration tools, network services related to AD (e.g., Domain Name Service (DNS)), and securing networks with Group Policy.

● Experience with Public Key Infrastructure and overall certificate services.

● Experience hardening systems through implementation of cybersecurity principles, policies, and requirements, specifically NIST or DISA security guidelines/benchmarks.

● Experience with scripting technologies such as VB Script or PowerShell.

● Experience in the administration, implementation, and maintenance of virtualization technologies; VMWare technologies preferred.

● Experience working across groups or physical locations in a collaborative environment.

● Prior project management experience, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse teams

● Self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from the supervisor.

● Ability to coordinate activities within cross-divisional and cross-functional teams.

● Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.

● Good understanding of process orientation, understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices.

● Ability to set goals and objectives, prioritize, and manage situations to satisfactory completion.

● ITIL Foundation, PMP or PgMP certificates are a plus

Preferred:

● Strong technical expertise in project management disciplines

● Strong technical expertise inOn prem windows servers

● Strong customer and end user service focus – it must be all about the experience

● Commitment to professional growth, and excellence

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion, meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Ability to establish effective strong, effective working relationships with users, vendors and other staffing resources

● Ability to conduct and direct research into windows servers and systems issues as required

● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, team environment

● Continually reprioritize technical issues based upon level of urgency

● Manage needs of special projects as assigned by Management

● Independent, self-driven, organized and detailed-oriented

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
