This role is based in New York and open to those who are able to be in-office at least 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role:
- Take end to end ownership of our collaborative service catalog including services like Okta, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, Jira, and Notion
- Develop IAM best practices to ensure data integrity between HRIS, IDP, and downstream services
- Automate routine tasks and processes by utilizing automation and API integration tools like Zapier, Okta Workflow, and Postman to enhance efficiency and accuracy in IT operations
- Support audio-visual systems and operations for large on-site meetings, including Zoom and Crestron
- Maintain MDM for company devices, ensuring secure and efficient operations for Mac and Windows
- Monitor the Meraki network dashboard for corporate WiFi access and network configurations, and build long term redundancy plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate successful IT experience changes, including new SaaS implementations, SSO and user lifecycle automations, identity governance initiatives, corporate infrastructure troubleshooting
- Provide IT support to colleagues and teams, onsite in NY as well as virtually, prioritizing high-quality assistance for technical issues and inquiries
- Integrating inter-company systems during M&A events
- Perform root cause analysis and continually suggest and implement improvements and innovations proactively based on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a bias towards action and information sharing
- 1-2 years experience in IT Systems Engineering, or similar role
- Experience working with programming/scripting languages with working knowledge of Git/Github (Bash or Python)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Kandji/Intune MDM, Okta, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, Jira, Notion, and Cisco Meraki
- Aptitude for setting up and managing audio-visual systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- A strong affinity for automating processes to improve operational efficiency
