The IT Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in assessing an organization's business processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and crafting information systems solutions to elevate operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This position necessitates close collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to collect and scrutinize requirements, formulate technical specifications, and execute system modifications. By bridging the gap between technology and business needs, this role contributes significantly to the organization's strategic success and innovation.

• Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis of data, story creation, and refinement for the team
• Ability to translate business needs into consumable features/stories for the development team.
• Facilitate and prioritize requirements and to obtain user feedback.
• During the sprint, collaborate within the Scrum team on requirements clarification and elevate issues as needed.
• Serve as a user community advocate, providing provide business vision and context to the development team to maximize user adoption and satisfaction

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in a Business Analyst.  Proficient level of understanding of Product.  Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Solid experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tool.
