Description:
Job Purpose
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the
position of IT Support Technician. The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related
questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the
optimal running of all systems, among other duties. Work can also occasionally include remote
installation of network and external camera cabling, installing wired/wireless networks, installing
external monitors.
You are expected to display good interpersonal skills as you will interact with clients from
various departments and executive levels. Understand and provide solutions to their technical
needs.
Key Responsibilities
● Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
● Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
● Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
● Establishing good relationships with all clients and colleagues.
● Assisting with installation of required software, hardware, or additional resources to fulfill
the users required daily interactions with patients.
● Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document end-user system issues requests
● Ensure all requests are resolved promptly and with high-quality results
● Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet established deadlines
● Provide technical documentation for configurations and procedures
Specialized Knowledge & Required Skills
● Office 365/Azure Administration: 3 years
● Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint, TEAMS, SharePoint and OneDrive
● MS Exchange to Office 365 migration experience
● On Premise server to SharePoint / OneDrive migration experience
● Advanced Active Directory, Group Policy
● Active Directory/Group Policy migration to Azure AD/Entra and Intune/Endpoint
experience
● Familiarity with a Health support function, HIPPA and SOC2 compliance requirements
● 3+ years experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
● Basic Network configuration skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Good interpersonal skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Good problem-solving skills.
● Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
● Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, you will have the opportunity to learn
about all computer systems and any of our technologies when looking to expand your
knowledge and career to another internal IT position
● Familiarity with Google Workspace (Bonus)
● Familiarity with Apple MAC hardware and configuration (Bonus)
Preferred Skills
● Windows Server Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
