Qualifications
Education/Certification: Industry certifications (i.e. A +, Network+, Microsoft Servers).
Experience: 1-2 years in related field.
Equipment/Technology: Microsoft Technologies (Server/Client)
Language/Communication: Communication skills using speech and writing.
Mathematical Skills: Basic
Mental Capabilities: Strong problem solving.
Interpersonal: Ability to interact with all personality types.
Performance: Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Information Technology Support Technician
- Diagnose hardware and software problems.
- On-call on a rotating weekly basis, as needed.
- Train facility staff.
- Using IT work order system to document, prioritize, and track requests.
- Install/configure new computers and telephones.
- Repair and upgrade PC hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, copiers.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Assist in the day to day operation of back-up systems including rotation of backup tapes.
- Build and install cables.
- Run plant cabling.
- Research, learn and evaluate new software.
- Document systems.
- Other duties as required
